Chase Predicts "Exo-suit" will make wheelchair obsolete

-by Ran Hibiki

Autobot City - At yesterday's medical technology expo, Chase Industries unveiled the prototype for their exo-suit. Chase Industries President and CEO Chip Chase, a paraplegic, personally demonstrated how his invention would eventually replace the wheelchair.

"All you have to do is think about what you're going to do before you before you do it," Chase explained as he walked in the suit. "It's kind of tricky at first, but after a minute or two it feels completely natural."

The exo-suit has other applications besides medical ones. The suit augments the wearer's strength which would be useful in moving or construction. "I wish I would've had one of those back when I was working," said retired construction worker "Sparkplug" Whitwicky.

Chase also said that the final version of the exo-suit will be able to transform into a car! "We'll become Autobots, too!" Chase joked.

Chase concluded his presentation by thanking the Autobots. "Most of the technological breakthroughs of the past few years would not have been possible without them."
